Apple Pudding Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples, diced
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    2 sticks margarine
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Blend eggs into margarine mixture, one at a time.
    In a separate bowl, sift dry ingredients together and mix with vanilla.
    Add egg mixture.
    Fold in apples.
    Turn mixture into a 12 x 8 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
