Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crab meat
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. mustard
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together; form into cakes.
    Fry in hot grease in frying pan.
    Drain on paper towels, then remove to serving plate.
