Whole Wheat Pancakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. unbleached flour
1/3 c. whole wheat flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Preparation

Stir flours, sugar, baking soda and salt.
In another bowl, beat egg, then add milk and margarine.
Combine with flour mixture. Stir until blended, but still lumpy. Spray griddle.
