Scalloped Oysters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Pt. Oysters
3/4 Cup Cracker Crumbs
1/2 Cup Melted Butter
1 Cup Milk
3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
Dash of Pepper
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Preparation
-
Heat oven to 400.
Drain oysters well.
Combine crumbs, pepper, and butter.
Sprinkle 1/3 of mixture in well greased baking dish.
Cover with 1/2 of oysters, and another layer of crumbs and the rest of oysters.
Pour milk over all - put balance of crumbs over all.
Bake 25 minutes.
