Pork Tenderloin With Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    pork tenderloin
    3 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. rosemary
    pepper
    seasoned salt
    dry white wine
    1 carrot, cut in tiny pieces
    1/2 onion, finely chopped
    1 large garlic, minced
    4 whole cloves
    few chopped celery leaves
    few chopped parsley sprigs
    3 bay leaves
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken consomme (undiluted)
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from pork.
    Cut 3 cloves garlic into slivers. Moisten with water and roll in the crushed rosemary.
    Cut small slashes on both sides of pork; insert garlic into holes.
    Sprinkle meat generously with pepper and seasoned salt.
    Wrap tightly in foil and refrigerate.
