Surprise Meringue Cookies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. each mint and vanilla extracts
1 c. sugar
6 oz. chocolate chips
Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add cream of tartar, mint and vanilla extracts.
Slowly add sugar and beat well.
Add chocolate chips.
Drop by teaspoon on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick spray.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
When done, let cookies cool for 10 minutes before serving.
