Old-Fashioned Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 uncooked pie crust
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. clear syrup or Karo
    1/4 c. cane syrup
    1/2 c. orange juice
    4 eggs
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. ground orange peel
    1/2 c. or more chopped pecans (coconut may be substituted for pecans)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Set aside.
    Beat eggs until lemon colored (about 3 minutes).
    Beating well after each ingredient, add these to egg in order given: sugar, vanilla, clear syrup and cane syrup.
    Next add flour mixture alternately with orange juice, then add orange peel and pecans.
    Pour in uncooked pie crust and cook at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 280\u00b0.
    Cook 30 to 45 minutes until nice and fluffy.
    Similar to custard or pudding.
