Homesteader'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 cup cream
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
3 eggs beaten
Preparation

Boil potatoes in enough water to cover till tender.
Peel and mash, add all other ingredients.
Flavor with lemon or nutmeg and bake in pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Yield:
8 to 10 servings.
