Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
3 c. milk
3 Tbsp. instant chocolate milk mix
miniature marshmallows (optional)

Preparation

In covered micro-cooker combine chocolate morsels and milk. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes; whisk using 10 inch whisk until thoroughly blended.
Add instant chocolate mix; whisk until combined.
Microwave on HIGH 2 - 2 1/2 minutes or until hot.
Pour into mugs; top each serving with miniature marshmallows, if desired.
Serve hot.
Makes 4 servings (approx. 3 cups).
