Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
salt and pepper
1/3 c. oleo, melted in flat, uncovered pan
Preparation

Combine flour, cheese, salt and pepper in a bag.
Moisten the potatoes with water and shake a few pieces at a time in the bag, coating them well.
Place in melted oleo and bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
