Potato Gourmet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes
    2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt cheese and butter in a pan.
    Dice potatoes.
    Put potatoes, cheese mixture, sour cream and onions into a casserole dish.
    Add salt and pepper; mix.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
