Berry Cobbler(Or Peach) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. blackberries or blueberries
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. melted oleo
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Place
    berries in a greased 2 quart baking
    dish
    and stir in cinnamon, lemon juice and half the sugar.
    Sift
    together
    flour,
    baking
    powder
    and salt. Combine the
    eggs, milk, oleo, vanilla and remaining half cup of
    sugar. Combine
    the dry ingredients with the wet and beat just
    until lumps
    are gone.
    Pour over the fruit and bake an hour, uncovered, or until the cake pulls in from the sides of the
    pan. Serve
    with
    natural
    vanilla
    ice cream or yogurt. Serves 6.
