Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini, peeled
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
4 beaten eggs
1 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. vegetable oil
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Pour into a quiche pan and bake in 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
