Chicken Little - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler-fryer, cut into serving pieces
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. savory
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 medium green pepper, cut in strips
    1/2 lb. mushrooms (optional)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic (optional)
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle
    chicken
    with salt, pepper and paprika.
    Heat oil in\tskillet;
    brown both sides of chicken for 20 minutes. Add lemon
    juice,
    water
    and
    herbs.
    Cover
    and cook for 10 minutes; add
    vegetables.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes more or until tender.
    Serves 6 at 225 calories.
