Hawaiian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1/3 c. low-sodium soy sauce
    1/3 c. sherry or chicken stock
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley
    black pepper to taste
    4 chicken breasts, skinned, deboned
Preparation
    Mix pineapple juice, soy sauce, sherry or stock, garlic, parsley and pepper.
    Marinate chicken breasts for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Grill chicken.
