Ham Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. fresh broccoli (chopped)
1/4 c. green bell pepper (chopped)
1/4 c. fresh mushrooms (chopped)
3 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 clove garlic (minced)
2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 c. chopped cooked ham (divided)
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss Cheese (divided)
1 (9\") unbaked pie crust
4 eggs (beaten)
1 c. light cream
Preparation

In a saucepan, saute broccoli, bell pepper, mushrooms, onion, and garlic in oil until tender.
Sprinkle half of the ham and cheese into the pie crust.
Cover with the vegetables and the remaining ham and cheese.
