Ceuiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. real or imitation crab
1 lb. cocktail shrimp
4 to 5 green onions
6 to 7 hot peppers
1 Tbsp. oregano
8 limes
salsa to taste
cilantro, chopped
Preparation
-
Juice limes.
Cut crab, shrimp and onions to dip size.
Cut up peppers and cilantro into small pieces.
(Seed peppers if necessary).
Add oregano and salsa to make dip-like mixture.
Let sit 24 hours for best taste.
Use with tortilla chips.
