Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large Russet potatoes
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

On day before serving, cook, mash and whip potatoes with cheese and sour cream.
Add garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Put in casserole dish and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, dot with big dots of butter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400\u00b0, covered, for 40 to 50 minutes.
Leave mixture at least one-inch from top since it grows.
Serves 10 people.
