Low-Fat Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. dry soup mix (veggie, onion or mushroom)
8 oz. low-fat sour cream
hot sauce to taste
1 Tbsp. onion flakes (in veggie or mushroom only)
parsley flakes (optional)
chopped chives (optional)
24 oz. plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Place cheesecloth or coffee filters in a colander and pour yogurt into it to drain.
Let yogurt drain for at least 45 minutes. After yogurt drains, it will have a texture between sour cream and cream cheese.
The longer you allow it to drain, the more like cream cheese it becomes.
