Heavenly Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. cooked, diced carrots
    1 1/2 c. croutons
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. half and half
    1/4 c. margarine or butter
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place carrots in a buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Stir in croutons and cheese.
    Combine remaining ingredients and pour over carrot mixture.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
    Yields 6 servings.
