Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. Irish potatoes
    3 or 4 medium onions (according to taste)
    1/2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. hot milk
Preparation
    Pare potatoes and slice thin.
    Peel onions and slice. Alternate layers of potatoes and layers of onions.
    Sprinkle onion layers with mixture of flour, salt and melted margarine (top layer must be potatoes).
    Pour hot milk over all.
    Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
    Uncover and continue baking for 15 minutes.
