Microwave Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers, halved and cleaned
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 small (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    1 medium onion
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can corn
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef with onion, salt and pepper.
    Drain.
    Cook rice.
    Combine beef, rice, Parmesan cheese, 1/2 can tomato sauce and corn.
    Stuff peppers with mixture.
    Sprinkle each pepper with Parmesan cheese and evenly pour remaining tomato sauce over each pepper.
    Cover with Saran Wrap and cook on High in microwave for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Remove wrap and sprinkle grated cheese on top. Re-cover and cook just long enough to melt cheese.
