Prune-Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt and cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 c. pitted prunes, chopped
    2 c. shredded apples
    1 c. nuts
Preparation
    Mix first 3 ingredients. Add dry ingredients that have been sifted together. Add prunes, apples and nuts.
    Bake in a 10-inch tube pan that has been greased and floured at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tested done. Cool 15 minutes and invert onto rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
