Uncle Jim'S Pasta Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. onions, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 c. white wine
2 Tbsp. chopped cilantro
2 to 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan

Preparation

Saute onion in olive oil very slowly until translucent. Increase heat, stirring frequently until golden brown.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir until blended.
Serve immediately over hot angel hair or vermicelli pasta.
