Chicken Chow Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 to 3 1/2 lb.) chicken cut up and skinned
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, cut strips
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3/4 c. sliced celery
    1 carrot, grated
    1 can bean sprouts
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    few drops hot sauce
    hot, cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook chicken in 4 cups of water for 40 minutes.
    Drain and take chicken off the bone.
    Add cubes, onion, carrots and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add green pepper and next 5 ingredients.
    Simmer 10 more minutes.
    Combine 1/4 cup water and cornstarch.
    Add to chow mein, along with chicken.
    Serve over rice or can of noodles.
