Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
2 Tbsp. milk
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 ripe, medium size bananas
Preparation

Grease a loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inch size.
Cover bottom well and sides, 1/2 way up only.
Mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside.
In a mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and continue to beat.
In another small dish, mash the bananas with a fork and stir in the milk.
