Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. light cream
1/3 c. milk
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut (1 1/3 c.)
Preparation

Line an 8 x 4 x 2-inch loaf pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan.
Butter the foil.
Set pan aside.
