When Times Are Hard - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 pkg. hot dogs, cut up
1/4 c. mustard
1/4 c. ketchup
3 boxes Jiffy mix
1 diced onion
2 cans pork and beans
1/4 c. brown sugar

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare Jiffy cornbread mix as directed on box.
Pour 1/2 of the mix into pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over cornbread mixture.
Add the remaining 1/2 of the cornbread mix over the top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour.
