Marinated Carrots * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. carrots, sliced
    1 can tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1 onion, chopped
    1 c. sliced celery
Preparation
    Cook carrots until almost tender, drain.
    Bring to boil soup, vinegar, sugar, pepper, onion and celery.
    Pour over carrots. Cool and refrigerate overnight.
    Keeps 7 to 10 days.
