Easy Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
1/4 c. butter, cut into pieces
1 1/2 c. hot water or chicken broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. milk
4 cooked chicken breasts, cut up
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place contents of vegetables, seasoning packet from stuffing mix and butter in a bowl.
Add hot water; stir well, add stuffing crumbs, stir gently to mix.
Mix soup and milk in a 2-quart casserole dish.
Stir in chicken, vegetables and thyme.
Spoon stuffing over chicken mixture.
Bake for 45 to 60 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
