Easy Chicken Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken thighs, skinned
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen stew vegetables
    1 can low-fat, low salt tomato soup
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken herb blend
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients in a casserole; cover and bake for 3 hours.
    Makes 6 servings.
