Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, peeled
    6 or 7 strips bacon
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 can chicken broth
    parsley
    milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut potatoes in bite size pieces.
    Cut bacon in small pieces. Brown and drain.
    Add all ingredients together.
    Cover with water. Simmer for an hour and a half.
    Add a little flour paste (if needed).
