1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
3 c. 3 minute oats
1 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour; measure and add soda and salt.
Sift again.
Cream butter; add sugars and cream.
Add eggs, flour, rolled oats, nuts and coconut.
Mix thoroughly.
Shape into 2-inch rolls.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap or wax paper.
Refrigerate.
Cut into 1/8-inch slices and bake at 375\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
