West Texas Fried Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt and pepper
    3 Tbsp. bacon fat
    1 stalk celery, cut up
    3 medium onions
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt and pepper and coat venison.
    Heat bacon fat and brown meat on both sides.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook, covered, for 1 to 2 hours in electric frypan.
    Serve with noodles.
