Fillets Of Sole Tarragon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fillet of sole
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon leaves
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brush fillets with 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
    Arrange in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover dish with foil.
    Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with fork.
    Combine rest of butter with tarragon, chives and salt; heat slightly.
    To serve, put fillets on platter; pour warm herb butter combined with cooking liquid over them.
