Leslie'S Fantastic Holiday Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (large) pkg. cream cheese
3 oz. Cheddar, shredded
3 or 4 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops smoke flavor
1 bunch fresh parsley
3 Tbsp. onion

Preparation

Fry bacon.
Melt cream cheese and Cheddar together until Cheddar melts.
Add Worcestershire and smoke flavoring.
Blend in bacon that has been crumbled and let cool.
Shape into a ball in Saran Wrap.
Chill.
Roll in chopped parsley until covered.
Serve with crackers.
