Pan-Fried Chicken(100 Portions) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    50 lb. chicken or 100 pieces (quarters)
    flour
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    melted shortening
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Roll chicken in flour mixed with salt, pepper and paprika. Pan-fry until brown in 1/2 melted shortening and 1/2 melted margarine.
    Then put in oven and bake until done.
