Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, fried
    3 c. cooked grits
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs, beaten
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted (can melt in grits, optional)
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix and pour into a greased 2-quart casserole.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
