Ingredients

1 peck firm peppers, sweet or hot
1 pt. & 1/2 water
1 pt. veg. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. white vinegar
1/4 c. oregano
1 whole head garlic, chopped fine
Preparation

Sprinkle a bit of red pepper if peppers are sweet.
Mix brine, add chopped sliced peppers.
Stir every couple hours. After 8 hours, can peppers in jars.
