Crabwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. can crabmeat, cleaned and picked over
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/3 c. Durkee's sauce
    1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Combine all.
    Add extra mayonnaise to make it spreadable. Toast one side of bread.
    Spread crab on untoasted side, all the way to the edges. Broil until golden and bubbly.
    Serves 8.
