One Pot Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. roast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    8 potatoes, peeled
    8 carrots, peeled
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides in large pan; add enough water to almost cover.
    Add soup and mix.
    Let cook until inside is pink. Add potatoes and carrots; cook until tender.
    Serve with salad and tea.
