Porcupine Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 large onion, finely chopped
3/4 c. uncooked rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Combine rice, meat, onion, salt and pepper.
Mix well and form into small balls.
Brown all sides in a skillet with small amount of Crisco.
Heat soup and water, mixed in bottom of pressure cooker.
Place meatballs in boiling soup mixture and let come to boil.
Place pressure cooker lid on pan and cook for 10 minutes at 15 pounds pressure.
Let pressure drop before removing lid or meatballs may be placed in a casserole dish.
Cover with the soup and bake, covered at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove cover last 15 minutes.
