Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar
    dash of salt and pepper
    1/4 c. minced onion
    few dashes red hot sauce (to desired taste)
    Miracle Whip to reach desired consistency
Preparation
    Let cream cheese soften at room temperature.
    Mix all ingredients together, blending well.
    Serve with fresh vegetables. (I use broccoli, cauliflower, carrot sticks and celery sticks.)
