Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head cabbage, cut in bite size pieces
1 sweet pepper, chopped
1 can cream of golden mushroom soup
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 small onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation

Cut cabbage in bite size pieces; cook in saltwater until soft. Drain and put in baking dish. Heat soup (do not add water to soup). Chop sweet pepper and onion with dash of black pepper. Pour over cabbage. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until it bubbles.
