Au Gratin Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. potatoes, cooked in skins, peeled and diced
1/4 c. margarine
3 c. milk
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 small onion, diced
5 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Melt margarine in saucepan.
Add flour and cook until thickened.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in 1 cup grated cheese and cook until melted. Arrange potatoes and diced onion in baking dish.
Pour cheese sauce over potatoes and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
