Four-Grain Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. millet
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 tsp. honey (optional)
    1/2 c. corn flour (finely ground cornmeal)
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. rolled oats
Preparation
    Place millet in a small bowl.
    Cover with 3/4 cup hot tap water. Set aside until millet softens and absorbs water, about 15 minutes.
