Hot Beef Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3 oz. pkg. (or jar) dried beef, chopped
    1 c. milk
    8 oz. cream cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saute onions in margarine.
    Add milk and cream cheese.
    Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
    Add rest of the ingredients and heat thoroughly, stirring now and then.
    Serve with Bugles or sliced French bread.
