Chocolate Chip Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. cake flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. prune puree
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1 egg
    2 egg whites
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/4 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Coat baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray.
    In medium bowl, with wire whisk, combine cake flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.
    In large bowl, with an electric mixer on medium speed, beat together prune puree, butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, egg whites and vanilla for 2 minutes or until creamy.
    With mixer on low speed, beat in dry ingredients until incorporated.
    By hand, stir in chocolate chips.
