Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. round steak
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 medium size onions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 cans tomatoes
Preparation
    Salt, pepper and flour steak. (Have it tenderized at the butcher shop); cut steak into pieces and brown on both sides. Place in roaster pan. Mix onions, oregano, sweet pepper and tomatoes together and pour over the steak. Cover and place in 375\u00b0 oven for 2 hours.
