Barbecue Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. boneless, trimmed brisket
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 bay leaf, crushed
    1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Preparation
    Rub salt all over meat.
    Place on heavy foil.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over brisket.
    Wrap airtight in foil. Cook on medium coals on grill for about 2 hours.
    Turn once.
